5 stars for the service I received when I did the sleep study there. I had the best tech ever! Funny and makes you feel comfortable. I want to say his name was Dave but I can’t remember exactly. Older nice gentleman. Thanks again for the great talks and fun music! I enjoyed your lullaby! Side note it is impossible to get through by phone with them. Impossible to speak to anybody on the phone to schedule. Finally got scheduled (online) and my in-lab sleep study was cancelled 5 hours before I was supposed to show up after taking time off work for this. No availability for another 2 weeks after waiting months for this appointment.
I have called them many times snd only once I got a hold of someone to set up appointment but she had issues so she said she call me next day. She never called back and when I tried calling again, no one picks up. I have been trying for a year to set appointment and had to renew referral because they do not pick up phone or call back.

They Never uploaded the take home sleep test results and they never answer the phone. My doctor needs this Data so I can get the C pap. Everybody at this location should be FIRED!!! Straight trash. Sutter what are you doing? This is so bad.
