Why only 3? Because when you have a family member who is needing to be moved to or from this brand new beautiful hospital, there aren't any beds!!! Our father has had to sleep in the emergency room, overnight in the outpatient surgery dept., when finally had a room but within a week he needed to be transferred to SAN FRANCISCO SUTTER, NO BEDS THERE either for 3 days, then to SF SUTTER ICU dept. And needs to be transferred back to SANTA ROSA SUTTER so he can pass away with his whole family around him and YEP NO FRICKING BEDS!... read more
I want to thank the doctors and staff at your hospital for saving my brother Michael Vinther's life 2 weeks ago. You removed a very large "alien" cyst from his neck that was wrapped around his esophagus and cutting off his air. He said that everyone was so kind and caring. He also has had 4 knee surgeries there. His daughter and I are very grateful he is still with us.
Waitting 6hrs with chest pain in the lobby. So much for getting help. Might die before were seen.
Went today to the ER and had a bad experience. I was there since 11am and left 215pm unattended. They don't have enough staff and my daughter was very sick and I had had to leave to a different hospital. Never going there again!
Went into the ER at 5pm, saw the nurse by 8pm, met the doctor at 10:40 or 11pm. Finally got the treatment around midnight. Still no results or call back from the radiologist. The staff was really nice though. Some serious workflow and extra staffing is in order.
The staff at sutter have gone above and beyond to provide the most excellent care for my grandmother.
Super cool.
