Currently waiting after a doctor saw us it has been 32 minutes they said we needed to do a quick swab I have since seen her walking back and forth and chatting at the nurse station at least show urgency or close the door if you're not even going to help us in the moment
I went to Sutter Health in March 2025, for a suspected pectoral muscle tear. I go to the gym regularly and thought maybe I exerted myself too much doing bench presses. Instead, they ran an EKG, admitted me to the ER, and ran a series of unnecessary tests. I told them I had a prior heart attack two years ago and an open-heart surgery. Would've given an one star review if there was an option. I recently came to Sutter Roseville Emergency Room for my conditions, the staff were friendly and professional (despite the wait time being insanely long) However, the hideous behavior of an ER Operator staff, a woman who identified herself as "Catherine" was insane. I explained my inquiry regarding my billing statements of the latest visit, but instead of responding to my question, Catherine starts chitchatting with her colleagues and ignores me. Unfortunately I have been to way too many of the local emergency rooms, that being said I have to say this was simply the best! It is calm and orderly, the security staff are professional and consistent, all of the staff remain calm. There was obviously people in pain and discomfort but the calmness exhibited by the staff leads to calmer reactions from the public and patients. I went to this ER about a month ago, it was like an assembly line. The nurse that called me up did not ask for any of my medical information if I was allergic to things, etc. so later the doctor that I finally saw told me I needed to go back out and tell that same nurse to put on my allergies! It was Ludacris! I was given each EKG in one hallway then I was told to go back out and sit then I was sent back to do bloodwork and urine while I was waiting to do that with two people ahead of me.
