My first visit at this location went very well. Doctors and other staff were very professional, approachable with my concerns and friendly.
Scheduled an appointment as a new patient which was 2 months out and the staff reached out to confirm and get my insurance information. Two weeks before my appointment they email to say no one at this location is accepting new patients and so my appointment was cancelled! Sutter Health spams my social media with ads yet there’s almost no doctors accepting patients. Every time I try to join Sutter Health this occurs.
Grateful I have different (better) health insurance because my partner’s experience with Sutter has been frustrating. Someone (Sutter) needs to shoulder the blame regarding patients being able to book appointments with close paneled doctors, and not being informed that they can’t be seen less than an hour before that appointment.
