Why cant this place have real Doctor and more staff? There is no change in last one year. Its really sad situation for Folsom in general.
Unless I'm missing something, when i try to call this center, the only phone numbers it gives me online is 1. The urgent care line 2. The line for lab work 3. The line for the neurology department It can make it really inconvenient to try and call a reception desk or even my care team because i have to ask someone else to direct me to the right line.
Waited an hour and a half for them to draw my blood. The staff is very slow and just sits behing the counter chatting instead of seeing customers. Driving to another lab would have been faster.
