I had an ultrasound guided biopsy breast last week and I was very nervous about that procedure. But every staff member was amazing, friendly, supportive and professional. They provided me the best experience possible. Thank you Dr Vartan Malian MD, Bobi RN and the adorable technician.
Fast and professional
Ive been a Sutter patient for 25 yrs. I am a 58 yr old woman. My mammogram was 2 yrs over due. I asked for a referral and received it very quickly. I had an appt with 2 weeks. I arrived at my appt on time. I was greeted by a very nice receptionist then asked to sit, I'd be called in. I waited for 30 min. No one explained the delay or knowledge it. Been trying to get my ultrasound done but never get ahold of anyone… sat on the phone for as long as 2 hours just for it to disconnect super sad and stressed :(
So we just moved to the Lincoln area and had to find a doctor for an issue that needed an X-ray, after navigating the Sutter Hospital complex (use the valet or uber it in) I got to imaging in building 2, super friendly staff, with medical professionals so under staffed and over worked they all were extremely professional and just watching how they treated everyone was outstanding..so reassuring for any future medical needs
