Most professional and caring team I’ve ever experienced. The older gentleman technician in CT has the best bedside manner, is calm and efficient. Very knowledgeable and caring. Briefed me what to expect and carried through the procedure effortlessly. A great Sutter location. Highly recommended.
Trying to speak with someone to schedule an appointment is impossible but they don't fix the problem. I have had to drive to low ct to make an appointment. I was on hold forever and no one ever answered. I called the other number for regular appointments and they tried to get someone to answer but no one answered. Fix your phone problems because it's been going on for too long.

Scheduled appointment for a 6 month mammogram and ultrasound important follow-up. Went to appointment to find they only Scheduled me for ultrasound and not mammogram. They would not fit me in for both at that time so have to reschedule to wait another month. Frustrating.
