The staff was totally incompetent. Took my blood pressure and told me to come back when doctor was free. No one showed up after a 45 minute wait. I left. They are incompetent. Fire them!
The PA was really Nice and Good and the Facility was really Clean and Neat
I visited the urgent care clinic on Mission Street. I was seen within 15 minutes and waited another 10 minutes for the PA. She confirmed it sounded like a UTI, entered a prescription, and I was done in less than 30 minutes. The PA was very friendly and communicative.
Although I had a misunderstanding about when I was supposed to return for my actual appointment after getting my vitals taken, I got very kind care, and my issue was resolved.
My experience at Sutter Health Westside Center Urgent Care was as satisfactory and as thorough as I could have wished for. I was reluctant to go, reluctant to risk being told I needed far more care, but everyone listened, gave me thoughtful information, and treated me with respect and kindness. I’m taking the prescribed medications and it will take time to see the results, but I left urgent care feeling grateful and hopeful.
