We got there as it opened so we were in & out quickly. All the staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Easy peasy.
Clinic closes at 8PM. Brought my 92-yr old father with a superficial head wound for cleaning/bandaging at 7:50PM. Was told the dr. may refuse to see him based on time. (Why do they close at 8 if the stop seeing patients before 8??). Nursing staff very compassionate and helpful. Dr. came in but refused to even look at the wound, instead advised we go to the ER for a scan, which he did not need nor want as he receives palliative/comfort care only and was showing no other symptoms.
