My home Covid-19 test showed negative, which next day was confirmed by PAMF test. Follow up by Faber MD on my muscular neck pain with blood test was astonishing fast. Greatly impressed.
I got good service at the urgent care, David Borba NP gave me good very good service and advice.
Accomodation was good. Waiting area is pleasant with plenty of space. The wait was lengthy, as expected, and because it was expected, I came prepared with reading material. Your entire staff was always friendly and on top of things. This is a good alternative to waiting a few months to see my PCP for health issues that should be dealt with in the present.
I cannot say enough good things about this Irgent Care Facility. Although I am in Dignity Healths network, I go to this Ugent care because of the service. The receptionists/intake are often not given enough credit but consistently PAMF has hired the BEST people as the initial impression a client has walking in. WELL DONE! Also the care is exemplary. Always GREAT follow up.
