Doctor was SO nice, easy to make appointment - BUT we are mid flu season and it’s a very serious variant this year. The lady at the front desk wasn’t masked which I thought was weird since she interacts with sick people all day… but then a lady walks in doubled over and coughing and sniffing and says she has the flu. She’s at the front desk and there is a box of masks RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. The person working the desk could have easily asked her to put a mask on, but no. She didn’t say a word. Took care of problem professionally and expeditiously
Every 6 months I need to go in to get something done that I have anxiety about. The staff there is always so friendly and just pushy enough to get me through it but not too pushy. They are very understanding and caring. I'll be going here for a while!
