First time visiting a Sutter Walk In Clinic, scheduled first appt of the day, so no lines or wait, they were a few minutes late opening as the PA on duty was running late, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, but still over all a good experience both the Tech and PA were very pleasant and I was in and out in under an hour.
I had a terrific experience at the Sutter Walk In Clinic at Loehmann's Plaza on 07/17/25. After the sudden onset of symptoms associated with a UTI, I headed over to the clinic around 6 pm without an appointment, only to find that there were no available slots due to low staffing. However, Teresa M. went above and beyond to help. She quickly set up a video appointment with a PA in Davis while simultaneously running my urine specimen. I was the second person to be seen that day. I was in my car ready to head back home at 10:34AM. In under an hour, the nurse and doctor were able to help me with something I've been dealing with for around three months. They were both extremely kind and explained everything I didn't understand.
