We came in for a lab work on Saturday. The staff there was super nice. He went above and beyond to assist us with the blood test. Thank you!
My Health On line and customer service poor communication with staff and doctors. I received a call to schedule a consultation before renewing my prescription. My doctors visit was 10 minutes I don’t think she new why I was there. She looked over my history and renewed my prescription and stated to schedule a physical. Charged $380 for a 15 minutes office visit! I made an appointment for a 15 minutes new patient office visit in Feb. Since that was my first visit, I let the doctor know my problem (a common and not urgent problem) for the day and all my 3 other concerns. The doctor focused on my problem and responded my concerns briefly. I did not discuss with the doctor in detail because I thought I should make other appointments for my concerns if necessary.
