Had really bad ear pain due to ear wax buildup I called other locations and everyone said booked till September and October. The receptionist Maria was so amazing. She called me before her lunch and said we can squeeze you in. Bless her!! Dr Wong was amazing and clear my ear out. I feel amazing finally and can hear clearly.
I was a walk-in patient on a Saturday about noon. I was seen by a nurse and a doctor and referred to the ER at Stanford Hospital for next steps. I appreciated their kind attention and care.
