Terrible experience. Booked wellness exam, drove 30 minutes here, then told that I need to do first office visit before the exam, that was not covered by my insurance. No one, nurse or receptionist, knows how much it costs, went on phone call for 20 minutes, then found out it’s $300 for a “low level chat with doctor”? Total waste of time

I am deeply disappointed to share my experience with Michelle Manalac. A nurse at sutter. Based on what I have a observed her behavior toward patient is unprofessional and disrespectful. She has shown a lack of compassion and patience, which are essential qualities for a nurse such conduct raises Concerns about her suitability for caregiving role nurses should provide care with kindness and respect and unfortunately, Michelle‘s actions do not reflect those standards. Horrible experience with incompetent admins not updating records, failing to convey medical information in notes, calling wrong parent etc etc. Avoid if you can.
Took my kiddo there at 740pm, 20 mins before closing. Wonderful people and a great facility. Interacted with 5 team members who all did good work and brought great energy, keeping my kid happy and comforted (and healthy!)
