Andy Chen, M.D provided very concerning patient care. Was not educated in FMLA and slammed the door on his patients who came seeking help. Very unprofessional doctor. Do not trust your love ones with someone who doesn’t have empathy.
Pros: Susan was my PT and she was lovely. She was direct, kind, communicative, and very good at her job. She was great at identifying tender spots and then she was great at teaching me about how to address them. I felt both physically better and also more hopeful about addressing my chronic pain. Cons: My appointment wasn’t available until a month out, and then they rescheduled it last minute. I got there early but my appointment still started late. Overall a very 10/10 PT experience.
