Excellent -others were waiting ahead of us, but the environment was calm, the process was clear, each of the individuals we dealt with in the process was professional, appropriately friendly, and definitely knew their work! I feel I got excellent care - they were good listeners.

Folsom Urgent Care is the very best medical experience I have had in a very long time. From check-in, to physician attention and care, it was a very positive experience. Myra, Rose, Dr. Jay and Dr. Shea all were outstanding. I received very good and efficient care...even on Thanksgiving morning.
Really impressive urgent care operation here which no doubt stems from the quality of staff who maintain high quality of service, especially on Sundays. Staff answered the phone ahead of time for a walk-in appt on a Sunday afternoon. Wait was 1/2 the length they estimated, staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Dr. Shea was great - diagnosis and prescription all in the same hour. I hope I never need an urgent care again but if I do I’d come back to this one.
