The receptionist that assisted me (sitting far left) with check-in, was very efficient. I wish that I knew her name. She assisted me right away, even though she had just finished assisting another patient. It would be great if others worked in the same manner.

UPDATE recent Urgent Care Visit: I’m paying to see a doctor but the doctor barely stays in the room for more than 2 minutes- talks very fast and rushes you. Pathetic. Update for recent Urgent care Visit: Don’t get me wrong. My whole family comes to Sutter and we’ve been beyond satisfied with their care and doctors. This latest visit kept a bitter taste in my mouth. The wait time was only 40 minutes, great! The MD there, not so great!
