Great…short wait in Urgent Care and Dr Ruggled was phenomenal.Really liked him..got right to the point was very informative. Overall, it was a great experience.
Walked in there, trying to take my two year-old to get the help that he needs and right off the back. They tell me that they cannot see him because we have Medi-Cal now. If you didn’t know, they had those type of restrictions after reading this you will know.
When coming to Sutter Urgent Care on Sunday I only had to wait 45minutes before being seen. The doctor was thorough and tended to me. She listened to my issues and arranged to have X-Ray ed along with testing to solve my concerns. The other staff were cordial and skilled. The whole appointment was done in a timely matter. I was satisfied with the whole 2 hours of care.
