Did not receive SWEET service at all. I understand there’s a rush at opening, but staff needs to learn DUCK THEORY. That means when you’re busy, you’re working hard like a ducks legs behind the scenes but on the surface nobody knows that you’re stressed....you’re calm like a duck floating on water with his legs paddling hard! Patients are coming in first thing with all sorts of ailments and we don’t need the stress of decreased compassion (rolled eyes) added to a trip to the dr.
