I went into sutter last night for a migraine & body aches & other things & they had told me it’s the flu. When I got there it took me 20 mins to even get checked in, & then 30-35 minutes to get called back to even see the nurse. The nurse took my vitals he was really sweet, & he understood my pain. By this time my head was throbbing. He told me to go & sit back in the waiting room to get called into a room. It took an hour just to get called into a room to see an actual doctor. I always receive the best care at Sutter. I'm a frequent visitor to the surgical unit, & I've always been incredibly well cared for. I'm very grateful.
My dad was in ER Tuesday and has been there for a week all the nurses have been amazing. Super nice and kept me well informed of everything. Our only issue was with other patients which the nurses took care of. Thank u ER . OPCU and 4th floor nurses ��
This Hospital been so good to me the whole staff from nurses to housekeeping they did amazing job
