This place is a joke came in and couldnt breath didnt get seen for 4 hours worst hospital by far..

The last three times we've had to come here, the nurses have gone above and beyond for us. The doctors have answered all the questions we had and make sure we are taken care of completely! We couldn't be more thankful for the care we receive here and we won't hesitate to come back when we need it! Thank you, Sutter, for being the type of emergency care that understands that patients are more then just numbers and dollar signs. It shows in everything you do for your patients!

I had a tech come and draw blood from my hand and I was crying and she just laughing and I asked if she was laughing at me and she said yes. Very unprofessional. She should not be doing that job. My daughter filed a complaint against her, just not sure if she was talked to. My treatment in the ER that night was horrible. I had to wait four hours before they put my leg in traction and the pain mess we're just not enough. I broke my femur in 2 places as well as my shoulder was also broke in 2 places.
