RecommendedWe lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. The location is great and close to the freeway so you can get downtown in 20 minutes or less. They take good care of the building and offer everything you'd ever ask for in an apartment. Heated underground parking, in-unit laundry, granite countertops, etc. Plus dogs are allowed. Strongly recommend Sutter Creek apartments!
Sutter Creek is a really nice place to live. My family and I made Sutter Creek our home for nearly 2.5 years and we truly enjoyed the time we spent there. Monica & Gemini are two absolutely wonderful ladies that manage the property with unparalleled grace and professionalism! I can't say enough about Sutter Creek Apartments and the people who work there. My daughter lived there while she was doing her clinicals. She loved the complex and the amenities. The apartments are very clean, spacious and quiet. She felt extremely safe, which in turn made me feel comfortable and confident as a mom! All of the people who work there are incredibly helpful. If I could give Sutter Creek 10 stars, I definitely would!
my time at sutter creek this past year during my work assignment went very smoothly. I loved that they accepted packages and the building and location was great. I loved the pool and my dog loved the walking trail. I really enjoyed my stay.
Absolutely loved living here! its super close to shopping areas and dining over by bluemound but far enough away from the noise and traffic. It's perfect! Totally gonna miss living here and I loved all the people that made my stay extra special. :)))
