Last time I did your survey it wouldn't post. It said I was abusive be cause I found fault. I found it odd that urgent care was closed in the middle of the week and afternoon. I was forced to use ER.
I came to Sutter Coast with a minor hip injury after a car backed into me while walking through Safeway's parking lot. I arrived here approximately 7 & a half hours ago. In those 7 & a half hours they took two exray's & I've seen the Dr for a total of 3 min tops. The nurse just came in to inform me there are no broken bones and I can now be released. 7 and a half hours later. Worthless rude unprofessional staff. Couldn't diagnose a cold if they tried. Money sucking pathetic hospital. They keep you and milk your insurance dry to fill the coffers. If you walk through the door they automatically assume you are either drunk or high and your problem isn't legitimate. When they find out it isn't drugs or alcohol they realize they are screwed and can't make a diagnosis so here's some narco and call your doctor ASAP.
