My doctor had sent in an order for at home equipment. My doctor told me that it would take Timberlake 2-3 weeks to contact me. I waited 4 weeks and heard nothing. I contacted Timberlake and got the run around. First they didn’t take my insurance then they did. They’d have someone call me. Nobody called so I called again. Someone would call me back tomorrow. Absolute horrible service. Like pulling teeth at first just to get my prescription filled for a CPAP machine. Resupply is a nightmare. Incompetence and misinformation abound. I have procrastinated calling for resupply because it is so frustrating between being talked over, misinformed, and dealing with people who seem to know nothing about what they are doing. After finally getting a resupply order in, the confirmation email shows an item missing from the list. Now I must call them again tomorrow to get it fixed. Exhausting.
