Matt was very professional and genuine. He worked with our schedule for delivery and pick up. Set the bed up, took the time to show us how it worked. Great customer service.
Frank was informative, thorough and very helpful. He not only delivered & set up my replacement CPAP machine and explained clearly how to use it, but he helped me to practice what he demonstrated (I struggle with hand clumsiness). I think the wires are crossed with this company. I have received call after call, starting from September 2 until today. Each call (until today’s call), was to go over my personal information and get an order started (to resupply my BiPAP machine). They tell me it will be sent out, I wait, nothing arrives.
