My doctor sent a referral for wound care and a blood draw on Monday. I waited 4 days for them to contact me and set up an appointment so I called them on Thursday. I was told a female nurse would contact me on Friday to schedule an appointment for that day. I waited until 6pm for a call. Finally got a call from a male nurse a few minutes before he was coming to see me. They should have asked me if I preferred a male or female nurse because I only prefer females since I am female. LESS THAN STAR... This agency sent a "Social Worker" who claimed to have a patient assistance fund for $500.00 per patient. Gave her the bills and guess what. They never got paid. Called on 3/28/22 and was told there was a SNAFU, but that it would be taken care of. In the meantime, the bills have gone to collections, ruining my Mother's hard earned credit.
