Stay away from Sutter Care at Home for Home Health. I had a terrible experience with a family member. (1) They did not come to the home within 48 hrs after hospital discharge as promised. (2) it's a pain phoning them. I recommend you give them a call and you'll understand my frustration (3) nurse and physical therapist calls you around 7am to let you know they will be coming over later in the day. The Sutter hospice service very bad .all people ,social worker doing not the right job.call them just left message.then never respond,or call back. I don't believe it just talk nice when fisrt day.nurse come just sign a bill then go.pls don't trutted them
