I needed to rent a hospital bed for my daughter while she recovered from surgery. The Sutter Care team made the entire process very simple from ordering the bed, to delivery, setup and ultimately removing it once my daughter was well enough. They were professional, courtesy and reliable.

RT Joe at Sutter Care at Home- Timberlake Roseville was amazing! I went in to turn in my CPAP and pick up a BiPAP which would normally be mundane and boring but Joe was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide fabulous service! If I ever have to go back (which I hope I don't) I would like an appointment with Joe! Thanks again for setting me up with my new machine Joe, you are great

I received excellent care from Yeji the home health (HH) RN and Matt from HH Physical Therapy. They were professional, kind, and answered all my questions. They also encouraged me and I could tell they really care about their patients. I thank them both for helping me get back on my feet towards recovery!

This place can't manage themselves out of a paper bag. Delivery drivers are awesome but office staff is the pits. I have been trying to get a wheelchair for my wife for 3 months now and alls they do is point fingers in all directions except at thierselves. Asked to speak to a Supervisor Laura and confidently she is in a meeting 20 min before they go home. UPDATE Laura called me the next day and my wife's wheelchair arrived Monday. Still there's a disconnect here that needs fixed. Thank you Laura for fixing this

I cannot express the gratitude to the professionals at Sutter Hospice. They were wonderful, attentive and we never felt helpless. They explained the death process and took great care of our grandma. From the nurses to the health aid workers we cannot belive such great services still exists in this day and age.
