I would be really careful as you sign a lease with them! We found an apartment we loved, but the second we asked about how we could communicate with them in writing, they got hostile and aggressive. Forrest said “they would never put something in writing” and totally gaslit me. Every other management company has a way for you to communicate with them that leaves a paper trail—thus protecting you as a tenant.
I had a good experience as a tenant. Salman was responsive and fixed issues promptly. He offered a walk through my apartment when I moved out and I was returned my security deposit in full.
