My experience with Salman and his team was nothing short of excellent. They were prompt in resolving the small issues with my unit at move in (responded in under 1 business day) and Salman was extremely patient through the entire process. When I urgently needed a copy of my lease, he was kind enough to mail me one that very same day. Can’t speak highly enough of them!

Sutro has the best communication out of any property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They respond to issues promptly and communicate effectively. I highly recommend living in a Sutro building if you’re looking for a property manager that cares about the tenants and buildings they manage.

I lived at a Sutro property for about a year and my experience with the team was nothing short of spectacular. They were very responsive to any inquiry or repair that came up in my time a the property, the unit was absolutely beautiful, and when my work situation changed and I (sadly) had to move, they were very helpful to get the unit rented out ASAP. Salman and Forrest were both super helpful and friendly from lease signing to move out, would definitely rent form them again.

I rented through Sutro Property Management for five years in San Francisco. Bottom line: they picked up their phones immediately whenever there were issues with the house, repairs were made quickly and almost always at no cost to the renter. The house was handed to us in great shape with no quirks or major issues. And through the course of the five years, I felt that the team at Sutro was professional and also kind, courteous, and generous. I would vouche for Sutro any day!
