I believe Sutra simply doesn't want to honor the warranty because I bought my hair dryer from a ****** that was going out of business...meaning I didn't pay *full retail price* for it...and the replacement hair dryer would be more expensive than what I'd paid for mine.I filed a warranty claim regarding a hair dryer they manufacture that was sold at ******. I ordered an expensive hair product for my daughter and my order got lost in the mail 3 weeks ago. I asked Sutra Beauty multiple times to file a claim with the USPS and they either never got back to me or the fob me off when they did respond. They never offered to send out a replacement or refund my money. At this point I've had to escalate it with my bank because I still don't have my order and they refuse to help. If I could give zero stars I would. Awful customer service and a company that claims to "warranty" their product for a year makes you send pictures and videos of the BROKEN product after only THREE uses (okay pictures and videos-inconvenient but understandable) then wants me to CUT AN ELECTRICAL CORD to prove to them it is defective and then PURCHASE the product again and pay a 29.99 service fee.
