I have never written a review on any Company ever, until now. Called Sutor because they came highly recommended from several area moms. I called them because we lost heat. A tech was sent, and together we discovered a burst pipe in the wall. The tech told me that he wanted to speak with his boss about it, and that he would probably be the one to fix it. We recently had Sutor install mini split heat pumps and a smart thermostat. It’s been a game changer for temperature management in our old hose with old radiators. Love them. Been dealing with contractors for a few decades, and in that time, I have never met a more professional and courteous crew of people.
