I dealt with Joe Smith in sales. He was great to work with. I was coming from over 2 hours away to look at one of their used cars and Joe sent a bunch of photos regarding questions I had about the car within a few minutes of me calling, and also had someone getting info on my trade right away. It's great to see sales people really caring about earning your business. Will definitely shop there again because of this experience.
Bought a 2016 Chevy 2500 taken in 4 times for service and still not fixed and took it to a different dealer 3 days after being at sutliff and they told me the major problems and that was not safe to drive. bought the car care package and they didn’t ally the product to inside or outside of vehicle.. I will never return to sutliff for service or to purchase another vehicle and do not recommend them to anyone
The sales staff do a very thorough job with no pressure. The service guys are amazing.

I'm from out of town and had multiple codes on the truck. Without hesitation Jim took in my truck and put Sam on the job. The communication, attentiveness, tenacity to find the issues all resulted in a positive outcome. With travel I have been in many different dealers through the years. I can honestly say this place is hands down the model for customer service that GMC should be using. Amazing people and they should be proud of what they do each and every day!!!
Purchased a 2017 Envision. Insisted on me giving the a glowing review on the survey. Now I own the vehicle and having issues with paint chipping, not willing to assist in having it resolved. My vehicle is only 8 months old, never had chipping issues with any other vehicle. They seem to care prior to signing on the dotted line, afterwards, not so much!
Just bought my second Enclave on Friday. Angie took care of everyone; Bill was up-front, clear, and informative; Carrie was on top of the paperwork, and Jim took care of the small issue with the steering wheel. I definitely recommend Sutliff.

Lee was a pleasure to deal with and the dealership was very supportive throughout the purchasing process. Offered all available discounts immediately, didn't bicker over minor difference in trade-in value assessment and made the entire process incredibly easy.
