My elderly father experienced significant bleeding after a shave biopsy. Thanks to the responsiveness of the reception staff, we were able to come straight into Dr Pang’s rooms, where he was treated promptly and with great care. We’re very grateful to Dr Pang, the nursing team, and the whole practice for their professionalism and kindness.

The receptionist made an appointment for me but my name wasn't on the system so I had to come back again. I specifically made an appointment to see Dr Pua but ended seeing a different doctor. I was quite disappointed. The receptionist, either Karen or Melissa made a mistake so please be careful when you make an appointment. I just wanted to share my experience.
