Dr Pang is probably the least patient centred specialist I have ever seen. The medications he prescribed made me very unwell, and when I could not tolerate them he just stopped seeing me as patient rather than providing me with the service I paid for.

1.5 hour wait for a $320 script writing service. There was nothing consultative about the consultation I had. All my questions about my skin condition have been left unanswered. I was just given a script and pushed out the door as if I’m a cash cow.
