Bad customer service..this would have been my first visit but the customer service agent was not helpful. The website to download documents is not user friendly and you cannot fill out forms using a cellphone..this should have been explained prior to the appointment..I had pre authorization forms with an ID ready to send and was refused. I could have sent the forms later so that my appointment would not be missed but there was no empathy to the customer. In 2017, I was in a very dark place in my life. Then I found Lisa Bryan. She helped bring me back from that edge. She has helped me though thick and thin. She is an attentive listener and very compassionate. I give her my highest recommendation!
I utilized the services of Sutherland Psychotherapy Associates because I was suffering with depression and hopelessness. Lisa Bryan was my counselor. She had a wonderful way of helping me change my perspective about myself, my life and the world I live in. The front desk and billing staff is unbelievably rude and ignorant. My kid has 2 levels of insurance, which means no copay is to be collected. Ever. I have used both of these insurances time and time again without issue. This woman tried to collect my primary copayment. I explained I have a secondary. She said that's not how it works (it does).
