Look around but you won't find a better orthodontist than Dr. Suter! He and his staff will make your orthodontic experience stand out above the rest! You'll find a professional, knowledgeable, caring staff there to help and I was pleasantly surprised how affordable braces could be! As an adult patient, braces were not my first choice but as it turned out they were my best choice. My end results were worth it and I'm thankful that I trusted my ortho care to Dr. Suter!
I had to move and get my braces taken off early but they were straight. Props to them working with me and taking a molding. By the time I got to AZ I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY RETAINERS IN THE MAIL...I never did. I called and called. They told me it was UPS's fault and said that they threw out my moldings!!!! I was only allowed to talk to the receptionist. They would not let me talk to dr. Suter and said it is not their fault. Shame on them.
