The owners were great. I enjoyed working under their leadership. I wish my tenure lasted longer, but it just wasn’t meant to be. The facility manager and night cleaners at the location where I worked was the problem. The FM called himself professional, but he wasn’t. He was very argumentative. One cleaner in particular fabricated lies about me. Which was bizarre, because I never had a conversation with her. I pretty much went to work, mind my business and did my job. I give this company as far as a cleaning service five stars. I worked with some great people but they need better management running it. It’s a New company that needs dedication and good workers.. They also could use a fine tuning in their progression of providing security positions and training. They need head professionals that know what they are doing. I expect it to be a great company in the near future.
