Luis always gives the best customer service. He’s friendly and makes every visit enjoyable. His Açaí bowls and Matcha Lattes are always perfectly consistent, and delicious. I really appreciate the care he puts into everything he does.
Very friendly employees, clean on the inside . It was my first time and i told him what i was looking for and he showed me different options that i can choose from. Also informed me about points and rewards system. I will be back!

The product here is not bad. Could be great but the customer service makes it sour. Every time I come to the bellaire location their rudeness and discontent with being employed here is concerning. I could understand one but all of them? This location is convenient for me but not worth the discourtesy
