Best doctor / even a better human being - I have known dr Sussman for over 30 years / the best doctor in America

Dr. Sussman is wonderful with a great bedside manner. He puts you at ease immediately. He's thorough and takes time to make sure that your questions are answered.
I'm 21 years old. I have had an issue for FOUR MONTHS and they take the SAME TEST, give the SAME MEDS. It was not until I suggested a different test that they did it. I spent 2 weeks waiting for test results and they gave me an attitude when I asked for them. Disgusting place, incompetent staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been going to this practice for the past several months. I am four months pregnant. Gale the midwife is amazing. However, she was not present today for my visit. My experience was HORRIBLE. After complaining on his front end staff for having poor customer service, Dr. Sussman advised me that he will ALWAYS pick his staff over a patient. He stated, “I am willing to lose a Patient before I lose staff. Staff are hard to come by.” Needless to say, I felt so unsupported and disrespected
I love this practice. They are always accommodating in when I call for an appointment. yes sometimes you do have to wait but it worth it since they add me on to the schedule with an emergency. I have in the past called other practices and they make me wait 1-2 wks for problem visits and annual you have to call an make 2 months in advance.
i love dr sussman he takes his time with u and make u feel very comfortable i been with him since i was 15 years old wouldn't chance my dr unless i have to move out of state.
Dr. Sussman is a caring, attentive and informative caregiver. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. I raved to the referring physician. A true 10. 5 Star!
Went in for my annual pap smear with Dr. Sussman. He was very pleasant and in great spirits. He made me feel comfortable. This obgyn office is one of the few that accepts my insurance, Molina Marketplace, as well as has privileges at the hospital where I would like to deliver my future child (West Boca Medical Center). I am very pleased that I'll get to deliver in this hospital, and Molina will cover it thanks to these docs accepting it.
