anonymous Doctor Sussex is very rude, as well as his office manager. The rest of the staff was courteous and helpful but the manager was rude and seemed annoyed with customers.
Too Busy with Personal lives I like the Doctors at this location but the opticians are horribly rude. One is romantically involved with SUSSEX and she feels she doesn't have to be polite to anyone because she has obvious job security. I am now taking my business elsewhere due to this poor service. If I was going to my eye doctor to hear all about the opticians personal lives, this would be the place for me, but I am not, I go to the eye doctor to get my EYES checked.
