Horrible, horrible customer service!! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!
Terrible service - went in for my yearly exam, got billed as a medical visit so it went to my medical insurance and I had to pay a ton more. They refused to change it. Never going back.
well for one. there suppose to b open till 5pm. well k called today to see I what time there open till cuz my son dont get home from school till 4. They told me they worked through there lunch so they r closing at 3:30 today. This is ridiculous to me. they r not a factory place people depend on them being open till 5 cuz most people don't get out of work till 3:30 4:00. I will b changing eyeglass plac3s

The staff excluding one lady seem as if they hate they’re job. They’re beyond rude.
