Sussex Vision Center Very Friendly Service, Accept many insurances, And excellant Quality. The employees are friendly and take time to see that the customers get the service that they need.
Nice Doctor, Rude Receptionists I like the doctor that I see at this location. He is thorough and seems to know what he's doing. He fitted me for my contacts, and ordered me several different trial pairs to make sure that we found one that fit me the best. However, the receptionist at this location is horrible. She treats everyone very rudely, and does not listen when you have a problem I like the doctor, but I am seriously considering going to a different one just to avoid this receptionist. Too Busy with Personal lives I like the Doctors at this location but the opticians are horribly rude. One is romantically involved with SUSSEX and she feels she doesn't have to be polite to anyone because she has obvious job security. I am now taking my business elsewhere due to this poor service. If I was going to my eye doctor to hear all about the opticians personal lives, this would be the place for me, but I am not, I go to the eye doctor to get my EYES checked.

Terrible service - went in for my yearly exam, got billed as a medical visit so it went to my medical insurance and I had to pay a ton more. They refused to change it. Never going back.
well for one. there suppose to b open till 5pm. well k called today to see I what time there open till cuz my son dont get home from school till 4. They told me they worked through there lunch so they r closing at 3:30 today. This is ridiculous to me. they r not a factory place people depend on them being open till 5 cuz most people don't get out of work till 3:30 4:00. I will b changing eyeglass plac3s
