DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! This has been the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. We moved out of our apartment at 315 Ballantrae Drive months ago, and they are still withholding over $5,000, including our security deposit, pet deposit, and prorated rent refund. Their excuse? Terrible company, wait months to get anything fixed if it even gets fixed at all. Contacted Sussex office who said they forwarded my email to maintenance and I never heard back from anyone. Expensive rent for terrible service.
Don’t live here the heating system have no heat comes out during -15 degrees for saving money
I would have given more stars if this was about Shannon Klassen in leasing. It would be 5/5. Shannon was very competent and knowledgeable. Quick to reply to correspondance. Excellent customer service provider. The 3/5 is related to some of the other folks who neglected to return voicemails, respond to emails and truthfully delay any progress. Sussex, have Shannon Klassen lead and train your leasing dept. She is the only one that was helpful. Do what you can to retain her or your leasing dept will fall apart
Horrible Management and poor buildings. If you want to live with whole year of drainage systems getting clogged, please go ahead and rent with these unprofessional guys. To top it off they don’t care how inconvenience it causes you and you will have to wait for weeks until get your unit back to at least livable conditions. Had a terrible time speaking with Raj at the office. Very unprofessional and rude service.
