This is a horrible place to turn to if you're looking for caring or compassionate people. All I needed was an edidural injection to help with the god awful pain of spinal stenosis & degenerative disk disease & they could not even be bothered to help me with something that simple. Dr. Anthony doesn't take time to get to know you or tell you anything. It's just been a very AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
Avoid this mismanaged facility at all cost. I was treated there in 2017. Yesterday I received a call from a collection agency. Sussex Pain never sent me a bill or notice that they thought I owed them $33.92 from 3 years ago. I called my insurance provider and the $33.92 was paid in 2017. These people never answer the phone or reply to voicemail messages. It seems they don't have a clue on how a office should be run.
Horrible horrible horrible. Dr Antony doesnt look at you while you are there she doesnt know you or your circumstance even after being there for years. You wait hours on end to be seen. You can call 20x with no imformation being relayed or responses. They dont care about you at all. They set you up for failure. Their entire gig is drug screens pill counts etc. even though i lived an hour away i was mandated to come in immediately if called or id be not in compliance. I have had a great experience here. I had suffered for 7 years before finally deciding to come here. I’m so glad my doctor refereed me here. They also offer a free pain class. I just finished this class and I loved it. I’m now looking into the other class that are offered.
