Tried to call w a quick question, rang about 20 x’s and then someone picked up and hung up on me.
Tarun was extremely helpful and prompt. I was confused about a few policy points, he called ICBC on our behalf immediately and got clarity. I had to remove my license plates as well and Tarun had tools on hand, including pliers to remove a seized screw. I travel from Langford just to visit this location for the service. It is also easy to reach this location via phone compared to the Westshore branch. Tarun and his coworkers were all dressed smartly and seemed happy while they were working. Thanks again everyone!
