I had a pretty frustrating experience earlier while renewing my insurance. When I arrived, the staff asked if it was for business, and I nodded. After we finished the calculations and signing, I handed over a paper that needed to be filled out for reimbursement. The staff member was quite bossy and seemed irritated. When she asked me to put my initials on the paper, her tone was bossy and not guiding me where to put my initials.
