Would leave 0 stars if possible. Could not register my vehicle because the paperwork i brought in was "more work" than their form even though it's exactly the same. Now I have a car I purchased and cannot drive to work tomorrow. Awesome
I didn't feel welcome. The man that spoke to me was not friendly at all. I had some valid questions on my car insurance and sadly I went away empty handed. I will wait next time for a "friendly" female to fully answer my questions. "I did not get the best customer experience in insurance" as their motto implies.
Megan was amazing to work with! She helped us a lot with our auto insurance and made everything so easy to understand. She took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate all of her help and the excellent customer service she provided. I would definitely recommend Megan and Sussex Insurance to anyone looking for auto insurance. At around 10:15 a.m., I visited your Sussex branch to update my bank details for my monthly car insurance payments. The staff member who assisted us introduced herself as Jass. Unfortunately, her attitude was very rude and unhelpful throughout our visit.
