Never again Older staff member, dark skin and thick accent (forget her name) who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. We came in to complete a vehicle ownership and insurance transfer and had all the required paperwork for both vehicles prepared in advance. During the process, she repeatedly slammed the papers around while saying things like “What is this?” and “What is that?” in a dismissive and impatient manner, which made us feel rushed, uncomfortable, and confused. Came in 3 different time only to be told to go and change paperwork in order to transfer a vehicle ownership spent over 2 hours in the store, went across the street to hub international with the samepaperwork that was rejected by Sussex and had ownership transferred in 20 minutes with no issues.
The only insurance store open Sundays in town, bit of a lineup but the staff were well trained and worked through the lineup much faster than I anticipated. If you need insurance on a Sunday, this is a place to go
