Megan was amazing to work with! She helped us a lot with our auto insurance and made everything so easy to understand. At around 10:15 a.m., I visited your Sussex branch to update my bank details for my monthly car insurance payments. The staff member who assisted us introduced herself as Jass. Unfortunately, her attitude was very rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. Whenever we asked questions, she repeatedly told us that we would have to complete the entire process again without providing any clear explanation. Came out of town to deliver avehicle to a customer and went to Sussex in Superstore at 8pm. Was dealing with the worst Broker I have ever met that does not know what she was doing.
