If I could give 0 stars I would, the staff here are always disrespectful and so snarky when it comes to support with insurance. Every other insurance company I’ve gone through have been amazing. Whenever I am assisted at Sussex I am bossed around and sometimes even yelled at or ridiculed for a simple mistake or multiple questions about large topics. Would not reccomend this place for insurance or anything else to be honest. Rates and options for insurance are awful and was able to find proper pricing anywhere else.
This insurance is a joke they dont want you to insured your vehicle because theres a little bit of erasure with the papers just one number and let you start all over again go back to the seller and let them sign again, but went to downtown insurance no problem it was quick and fast service. Please dont go with this insurance they are not helpful at all and wasting your time.
There are basically the only ICBC office that opens late, every day of the week. It's perfect for if you go purchase a car after work hours! And Laurie is the best
Told I didn’t need the physical forms over the phone as I just purchased a new vehicle that is being shipped here, when I arrived I was told I need a transfer paper from the previous owner, to which I informed them I purchased from a dealer and never met the previous owner that sold it to the dealer. They also said I need the original copy of the paperwork from the dealership… I never went to the dealership as it’s located on Van Island and everything was done over the phone.
