These guys have fitted shutters on all our windows and have done an amazing job. All of the staff are lovely and so helpful whenever you phone. The shutters are great quality. Our house is old and the walls and windows are all wonky and uneven the fitters installed everything perfectly. Would recommend to anyone!
If you want shutters for your home then look no further than these people. Could not recommend them enough. Our fitter George was professional understanding of our needs and did an exceptionally clean job. Well done Sussex Blinds and Shutters. 👍
Pleased with the final product and the fitter was excellent—friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience was disappointing. I was originally told it would take 2–3 weeks from paying the deposit to installation, but it ended up being 7. I was also advised that an existing blind couldn’t be repaired, so I paid for a new one—only to find out during fitting that it could have been fixed after all. Excellent service. We had a one blind replaced and one repaired after having new south-facing windows installed. We went back to Sussex Blinds and Shutters where we bought the ones we needed work on as we had such a good service. The team are fantastic, highly skilled and friendly. The blind arrived fast and they fit it beautifully to enable me to fully adjust it from my desk chair as I'm disabled. The blind is great quality and at a good price. Highly recommend to anyone.
Really great company. Friendly, conscientious and very efficient service throughout - from Kevin in the showroom to Darryl the installer - all nice people and superb customer service. Excellent product at a competitive price and I’m very pleased with how the blinds look. Virtually invisible when they’re not in use, and just the right amount of light and privacy when down.
