Many Kudos and good Karma, to Chris from Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson - for the Heavy Breather installation on my '13 Street Glide just before closing on Friday.. A computer glitch failed to put it on the list of parts to be installed on their work order.. After looking into the issue, and one phone call, Chris made it happen with the bike back on the lift and the job being completed 15 minutes after the shop closed.. They really do have the best service and sales department I've ever encountered. I did buy my RK there and I am a pretty good 'clothes' customer along with service so I do expect good service - but, they go above and beyond. Example - I took my air filter cover off and removed the filter for a little cleaning. While reinstalling I lost one of the three tiny hex screws. Since I've moved to this area. The entire staff have been nothing but outstanding. From the first time I walked in the door I felt liked I belonged and apart of a great family of H-D.
