It was my first visit there on Sunday, May 21st. Great place, great service. I was a tiny bit disappointed that I couldn't find any apparel for a little girl, size 6 possibly a 7. All in all it is very nice Harley Dealer.
I want to say thank you to the guys at SVHD. I went in last night with my 08 King and cash in my pocket and was able to walk out with an Ultra Limited, because they are not afraid to work with you. Thank You again and Morgan you were right
I worked with Morgan Reynolds looking at a few bikes. He was very patient and understanding and no pressure at all working with a first time buyer. This guy knows his stuff and I was very impressed with the selection of new and used bikes. Dealership is clean cut and in order. Didn't deal with parts or service at all so I can't comment on that.
I was happy for the professional service and attitude towards me. It is very AFFIRMING for transgender woman... I am a transgender woman and I will tell all my friends of this great establishment. I will go there when I buy a TRIKE IT WILL BE PURPLE..
I have always had good relations w folks at SVHD. Bought my RK new there and dealt w Corey, all fair and open. Spent over 5k on 'stuff before it left the shop. Brad treats us good and really understands the business. Any issue I ever had was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Now, recently I have noticed a short staff situation and I think its because they combined parts and service.
