absolutely amazing and kind place. i was mortified to get my wisdom teeth out, but i was calmed down by the team’s kindness and understanding. it was a smooth process and it was amazing. i wish i could remember this guy’s name, but he is a taller and bigger dude with eye glasses, and was wearing a grey outfit when i saw him. he is absolutely amazing, and if it weren’t for him, i wouldn’t have been so calmed down. thank you guys for your awesome work. i highly recommend going here for dental work because they got you covered.
Wisdom teeth removal was great, I felt very good when i woke up all thanks to Dr. Rosenthal and others, Rosenthal is a very good doctor and the staff for me was nice i don't know what everyone else is talking about. I got to listen to a band called pinback which i requested before my surgery and then Dr. Rosenthal asked are you ready which because i was very nervous i said yes and next thing i wake up it felt short even though it was an hour long but felt like i was seeing double which is normal. I would leave a zero star review if possible. This is one of the most unprofessional and mismanaged Healthcare offices that I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Had a referral to these oral surgeons to get wisdom teeth removed. They had to reschedule my appointments out an additional 6 months twice due to their own various reasons. Lovely people! They went above and beyond to be able to get me seen! I appreciate that greatly! Everyone in the office is super nice and had great enthusiasm! Very professional, great attitudes, they actually care about you and your teeth, and the nurses are sweethearts! I wish they were a general dentist, I would get ANYTHING DONE BY THEM….but for now 🙂. Had my wisdom tooth surgery almost three years ago, and I still cannot feel half of my face. They told me I would need to have facial reconstruction surgery because they gave me nerve damage, still cannot feel half of my face almost three year later. Staff were incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate, little to no instructions were giving for aftercare surgery.
