Had a blood draw for TB today. The woman who did my draw was rude. She prepped everything without gloves, felt for my vein without gloves. I asked her if she would get a new needle out because she wasn’t wearing gloves - she told me no. - but did after I said I wasn’t comfortable. Rude, unprofessional and seemed to me to lack experience. Especially since when she put the needle in blood ran down my arm and she says oh you’re a bleeder. Actually, no I’m not, that’s never happened and I’ve had 100’s of blood draws.
Every single time I've had to go in there its a 3 hour plus visit. Absolutely ridiculous when there's never anyone there other than maybe 1 person and no one comes out
Awful place to get testing. The receptionist was rude and could care less about customers.
Don’t go here for a DOT physical! If your urine doesn’t have a sent according to the collector named Hershey, she will require you to do a second specimen and some people can’t do this! I’ve never been so humiliated to have another man stand in a bathroom with me, have me pull my shirt up to my chest, drop my pants down to my knees and spin around to make sure I don’t have anything, then try to pee in front of him when I can’t even pee in a public restroom if someone else is in there, cause I suffer from shy bladder syndrome... read more
