Proceed with caution before scheduling an appointment with this doctor and medical office. Their staff are unfriendly and rude on the phone, customer service training is definitely needed. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of July. I called in today to cancel it and was informed that it was already canceled/rescheduled for 6 months later in December by Dr. Sharma; however, no one from the office had notified me of this change.
