Everything about our dinner experience at Susina was exceptional! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The waiter we had was so friendly and attentive. The food was out of this world. It’s very comforting and approachable food but the ingredients and flavors taste very high quality and high end. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone we know in Boise, the Treasure Valley, or take family and friends visiting there for dinner.

Start to finish, our meal was unbelievable. Each dish was thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It felt as though we were in a small European restaurant; you can tell from the plates to the paintings on the wall that everything is so intentional. We were never rushed and took our time enjoying every bite. This is truly such a gem and one of the best meals I’ve had in Boise.

Susina was the perfect spot for our anniversary dinner! The atmosphere feels like European upscale comfort: intimate, candlelit, romantic, and beautifully eclectic. Every detail, from the collected artwork and vintage dishes to the cozy patio, gives it so much character. The food was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
