Horrible experience!! We had to redo our bed at 1030 at night after to find the pillowcases not even on the right pillows! The sheets on incorrectly. My husband is vacuuming and fixing our floor that was burned by their cheap vacuum. Dust still all over the dressers Paid $196.00 clearly for nothing. Horrible experience extremely disappointed In the customer experience and the knowledge of the woman telling me that I'm wrong about my own sheets!! Ma'am, this is not at all an accurate representation of the cleaning. We messaged back and forth for quite some time last night, and you've been extremely belligerent, harassing, and hostile. Our vacuum did NOT burn your rug. It doesn't have the capability to do so, nor has any type of proof of damage been shown, and even if damaged - it cannot be proved that we did it. Worst experience ever! I paid additional to have my home Deep Cleaned, not only was it not deep cleaned it wasn't cleaned to their regular cleaning standards! They place blame on the customer and deny conversations. So many other local moms have been taken advantage of by this company it's disgusting. Be warned!

It's amazing how dirty the windows get here in SWFL and Susie's husband and the girls did a fantastic job making our windows shine!!!! We highly recommend them to anyone needing their windows done and we will definitely be using their services again :)
